02.08.2022 KS,J I.A.No.02 of 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 21.02.2022 in I.A.No.01 of 2022 in Crl.Petition No.9453 of 2021, whereunder the petitioner/Accused was directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Cyber Crime Station, Hyderabad, once in a month i..e last Saturday between 10.00 am to 12.00 PM until further orders. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of Delhi and he has old aged parents, it has become very difficult to travel from Delhi to Hyderabad. Learned Counsel further submits that as and when his presence is required, the petitioner will appear before the police and hence, the said condition may be relaxed.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that in view of the allegations against the petitioner and as the investigation is pending and as he is a resident of Delhi, the said condition may not be relaxed.

OFFICE NOTE As directed by this Court on 26.07.2022, the SL NO petitioner appeared before the concerned investigating authorities on 30.07.2022 for the purpose of investigation.

In view of the above, this Application is allowed and the condition imposed upon the petitioner/Accused by this Court in I.A.No.01 of 2022 in Crl.Petition No.9453 of 2021, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner/Accused is directed to appear before the investigating authorities as and when required and a notice shall be given to the petitioner one week in advance as he is a resident of Delhi.
