Despite the matter being listed on 07.02.2020 and 10.02.2020, and though the petitioner had obtained slip on 08.01.2020 from the Court, for withdrawing the matter, the petitioner did not choose to appear either in person or through his learned counsel, when the case was taken up for hearing. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', on 11.02.2020.

Today, though the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation, yet again, either by the petitioner or his learned counsel when the matter is taken up for hearing. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
