This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner / accused, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Cr.No.108 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, KShamkarampet (A) Police Station, Medak District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 494 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as prayed for, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
