Since the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy of appeal to the Appellate Deputy Commissioner against the impugned order dt.21.02.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent, petitioner is granted two weeks time to avail the appellate remedy. 2.

Granting such liberty, this Writ Petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy. No order as to costs. 3.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
