This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.1166 of 2016 on the file of the Court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of discharge petition. 3.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of a discharge petition, if already not filed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
