HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.24797 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering in civil disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent and insisting the petitioner to settle the same by calling him to the police station. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that two crimes i.e. Cr.Nos 153 and 154 of 2018 were registered against the subject property and the investigation is under progress. The petitioner is A-1 in Cr.No.153 of 2018. It is further stated that respondent-police are not interfering with the civil disputes. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner is not aware of registration of crime against him. In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of.

However, the respondent-police shall not interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. So also, the respondent-police shall not interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
