HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.R.P. No.4171 OF 2010 ORDER:

The 1st defendant in O.S. No.4 of 2001 in the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam, is the revision petitioner. The application filed by revision petitioner for " to delete i.e. demark Ex.A1 from the list of documents" is dismissed. Mr. Sai Gangadhar Chamarty after trying to persuade this Court for some time but without success, requests the Court to preserve the liberty granted by the trial Court through the order impugned in the C.R.P.

The revision is dismissed with liberty as prayed for. The dismissal of the revision shall not be understood as this Court expressing a view on any of the objections which the revision petitioner would have taken in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
