HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 244 of 2007 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 1.3.2007 passed by the District Judge, Nellore, in I.A.No. 13 of 2007 and I.A.No. 14 of 2007 in O.S.No. 1 of 2007.

As seen from the record, the Principal District Court, Nellore, vide his letter dated 6.6.2016 informed that O.S.No. 01 of 2007 was disposed of on 15.09.2009. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
