Heard Sri P. Rama Sharana Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri L. Ravinder, 164med Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. L to 4. perused the record. 2.
In view of the nature of relief sought, this writ petition is disposed of dispensing with notice to respondent No.5.
Petitioner is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.3_0O gts., in Sy.No.28/eo, situated at Lingala Village, Cherla Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. He is also owner of land ,in other snrvey numbers in the very sarne village. In proof of the same, he has filed. copies of latest pattedar pass book and tifle deed. In Dharani portal, Ac.2_OO gts., is mentioned in the name of respondent No.S. Therefore, there is wrong entqr in Dharani portal. Therefore, he has
submitted online application bearing No.22O0138487 dated 15.ll.2022 with respondent No.2 with a request to correct the said wrong entry. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said online application, respondent No.2 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.2, petitioner filed the present writ petition.
4. Whereas learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.2 will consider the online application submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In the light of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the online application bearing No.22O0138487 dated 15.L1.2O22 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law by putting the petitioner, respondent No.S and all affected parties on notice and affording them an
J opportunity. If respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall pass a i r tf1 reasoned order and communicate copy of the said order to the petitioner. He shall complete the entire exercise within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
