Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for respondents.

Petitioners allege that the document presented by them for registration is not received and processed by the Sub-Registrar-3rd respondent, in respect of land to an extent of Ac.79-04 guntas in Sy.Nos.250, 251, 251/A, 266, 267, Ac.25-11 guntas in Sy.Nos.248 & 249 and Ac.9-75 cents in Sy.No.622 of Ravalkole Village, Medchal Mandal erstwhile Ranga Reddy District. 3.

Except filing a document stated to have been signed by the respective parties, no material is placed on record to show that the document was presented, but the same was not accepted for registration. Therefore, it cannot be said that the 3rd respondent is refusing to receive the document. Thus, the relief sought in the writ petition cannot be granted. However, it is open to the petitioners to present the document for registration by complying all the formalities of Indian Registration Act, 1908 and Indian Stamp Act, 1899. If the document is presented after fulfilling all the requirements, the 3rd respondent shall receive and process the document, strictly in accordance with law.
