This Appeal Suit is hled by the appellant, aggrieved by the Judgment dated 29.4.1995 in O.S.No.362 of 1987 on the file of the Court of Principal Subordinate Judge, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad.

Both the counsel absent. Notice on respondent served but he did not turn up. As both the parties could not pursue the litigation and as the appellant was absent on 04.O1.2O23 and O1.O8.2O23, no purpose would serve in continuing the appeal and hence is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed.
