Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the respondents are not providing protection to implement the injunction order, dated 09-02-2012 passed in I.A.No.514 of 2012 in O.S.No.136 of 2012 by the learned II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, with regard to his agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1-30 gts., in Sy.No.34/B situated at Kundanpally Village, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions from the 3rd respondent, which state that the petitioner did not inform the 3rd respondent about subsisting of injunction order aforesaid. However, the 3rd respondent states that he came to know about the injunction order through this Court and that he is ready to give protection to the petitioner.

In view of that, the petitioner is permitted to approach the 3rd respondent and make an application together with copy of injunction order seeking police protection and on receiving such application, the 3rd respondent shall take appropriate steps to implement the injunction order on ground.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
