HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Writ Petition No.30506 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition petitioners seek direction thereby directing the respondents to deposit the balance decretal amount of land value of Rs.30,63,260/- pertaining to the petitioners in the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gadwal in respect of O.P.No.65 of 2007 and 38 of 2007 pursuant to G.O.Rt.No.484, dated 03-07-2015.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that for the aforesaid relief the petitioners made representation, dated 04-08-2016 to Respondents 3 and 4, however, till date there is no correspondence from the other side.

Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents, on advance notice, has assured this Court that the decision on the representation, dated 04-08-2016 filed by petitioners shall be taken within the time stipulated by this Court.

Keeping in view the averments made in the petition and submissions of the learned Government Pleader, I hereby direct the respondents 3 and 4 to decide the representation, dated 04-08-2016 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. I further direct that if the respondents 3 and 4 come to the conclusion that the amount has to be deposited with Senior Civil Judge, Gadwal in respect of O.P.No.65 of 2007 and 38 of 2007 pursuant to G.O.Rt.No.484, dated 03-07-2015, the respondents are directed

to deposit the amount within one week after the decision. The decision taken shall be communicated to petitioners in writing within one week thereafter.

In view of the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
