The present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the 5th respondent in registering FIR basing on the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.12.2019, against the 6th respondent.

Heard Sri E.Venkata Siddhartha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 5.

When the matter is taken up today for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the 5th respondent Police has registered a case against the 6th respondent in Crime No.915 of 2019, on the file of the 5th respondent Police Station. 4.

Since the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands redressed, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
