THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.4189 of 2018 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 25.06.2018 passed in I.A.No.572 of 2018 in O.S.No.240 of 2009 on the file of the Court of XIII Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court) City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
