ORDER:

Heard.

The 1st petitioner purchased Ac.2.00 of land in Survey No.138/1 of Chanduri Village, Utnoor Mandal, Adilabad District, from the 2nd petitioner. The petitioners applied for grant of pattadar pass book and title deeds by approaching the District Collector, Adilabad District, the 2nd respondent. They state that in spite of their repeated requests, no action has been taken so far. In the meanwhile, the Tahsildar, Utnoor Mandal, Adilabad District, the 4th respondent, issued a notice No.B/360/2014, dated 25.09.2014, to the petitioner and his vendor. A copy of the said notice is served on both parties and it is stated that no action has been taken so far.

In view of the fact that the petitioners application is pending and enquiry also appears to have not been completed, it is just and proper to direct the 4th respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
