HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.34937 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to respondents Nos.2 to 5 not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioners and with any civil disputes between the petitioners and respondents Nos.6 and 7. 2.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The grievance of the petitioners is that the husband of the 1st petitioner, and the 2nd petitioner are brothers. The parents of the 2nd petitioner died. The 6th respondent, who is the sister of the mother of the 2nd petitioner, created a will purported to have been executed by the mother of the 2nd petitioner, in respect of the property of the parents of the 2nd petitioner. The official respondents are interfering with the affairs of the petitioners and the civil disputes.

Considering facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:
"Respondents Nos.2 to 5 are directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioners more particularly, with any of the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondents Nos.6 and 7. At the same time, this order will not stand in the way of respondents Nos.2 to 5 to proceed with the investigation, if any cases are registered against the petitioners for cognizable offences." There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
