When the matter was listed on 06.02.2015, none appeared for the petitioners and the learned Counsel for the petitioners was absent. Again on the last occasion, at the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the matter was adjourned. Today also when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioners and the learned Counsel for the petitioners is absent.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
