THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA APPEAL SUIT No.841 of 2008 ORAL ORDER:

Sri P.S.P. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants and Sri C. Nageswara Rao, learned Senior Counsel, for Sri Emmadi Venkata Rao, learned counsel for the respondent, would submit that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court by private negotiations and pursuant thereto filed a petition and affidavit by the appellants, and even Memo of withdrawal was also filed seeking permission to withdraw the present Appeal Suit. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel, permission is granted, and, accordingly, the present Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Appeal shall stand closed.
