The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would submit that upon completion of investigation chargesheet was laid on 27.5.2-014 and the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kavali, has taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 420 & 506 of I.P.C. and, therefore, the present petition renders infructuous.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
