The main Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') to call for the records relating to S.C.No.317 of 2016 on the file of Special Court Trial of Cases Relating to Atrocity Against Women at Sangareddy, Medak District and quash the same.

Crl.P.MP.No.18706 of 2016 is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to permit respondent No.1 to compromise the aforesaid sessions case whereas Crl.P.M.P.No.18707 of 2016 is filed to allow Crl.P.No.16552 of 2016 by recording compromise.

3. Both the parties are present in person and they are identified by their respective counsel. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is stated that in view of compromise entered into by both the parties due to intervention and as per the terms of compromise, they intend to live together withdrawing the complaint as the compromise is in the interest of both the parties, I find that it is a fit case to grant leave to compound the offences by exercising the jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 4.

Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.Nos.18706 and 18707 of 2016 are allowed. Consequently, Crl.P.No.16552 of 2016 is allowed quashing the proceedings in S.C.No.317 of 2016 on the file of Special Court

Crl.P.No.16552 of 2016 MSM,J Trial of Cases Relating to Atrocity Against Women at Sangareddy, Medak District.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
