HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3197 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ A.9 in Crime No.73 of 2015 of P.S.Inavolu, Guntur District, A.P, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 r/ w 149 I.P.C r/ w Section 82 of Indian Registration Act against the petitioner and others, to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the event of his arrest in connection with above said Crime.

2) Heard learned counsel for petitioner and also learned Public Prosecutor and perused the earlier orders. 3) The earlier anticipatory bail dismissal orders dated 19.01.2017 and 09.03.2017 passed in Crl.M.P. No.14 of 2017 and Crl.M.P. No.156 of 2017 respectively on the file of XIII Additional Sessions Judge, Narasaraopet, saying the petitioner/ A.9 while working as Junior Assistant in Sub-Registrar Office, Amaravathi acted as privy by colluding with other accused in registering the properties in favour of complainant as incharge Sub-Registrar without link documents and by receiving amounts.

4) Even coming to the present application, the instructions of public prosecutor submitted by verification in writing shows the petitioner/ A.9 was already suspended from service from the Departmental enquiry pending if any, and he is concealing his presence.

Dr SSRB, J Crlp_3197_2017 5) Having regard to the above and from the propensity of the crime, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. 6) Accordingly and in the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

7) As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
