Heard Mr.Parsa Ananth Nageswar Rao for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondents. 2.
Petitioner challenges proceedings No.689/K2.Pts/2015, dated 04.10.2016 as illegal, contrary to law and also unconstitutional. 3.
Through the proceedings impugned in the writ petition, the petitioner is placed under suspension for a period of three months. This Court is of the view that the petitioner can be given liberty to make a comprehensive representation to the 2nd respondent for revoking the suspension and the 2nd respondent disposes of the same expeditiously.

Hence, this writ petition is disposed of by this order. Petitioner is given one week time from today to make a comprehensive representation for reconsideration of suspension effected through proceedings dated 04.10.2016 to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders within two weeks form the date of receipt of such representation. 5.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
