Learned counsel for the petitioner represented that, E.A.No.24 of 2014 in E.P.No.24 of 2012 in O.S.No.22 of 2006 under Order XXI Rule 5(8) is dismissed and no further adjudication is required in this civil revision petition, since this petition is filed to quash the order as to the admissibility of the document filed in the said petition.

In view of the representation made in the learned counsel for the petitioner, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
