This Civil Revision Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the inaction of the Senior Civil Judge, Chodavaram, in passing orders in I.A.No.89 of 2016 in I.A.No.360 of 2008 in O.S.No.61 of 2008. At the hearing, Ms.G.Padmavathi, learned counsel representing Mrs.T.V. Sridevi, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
