Even when the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the morning and afternoon sessions. It shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter diligently.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.
