Company Application No. 1365 of 2016 has been filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw Company Petition No. 301 of 2015.

It has been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Judges Summons that the respondent company has discharged the outstanding amount to the petitioner. In that view of the matter, Company Application No. 1365 of 2016 is allowed. Consequently, Company Petition No. 301 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
