This Civil Revision petition is filed seeking direction to Additional Junior Civil Judge, Sircilla to expedite the trial in O.S.No.161 of 2022.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suit is of the year 2022, since the same is pending. It is further contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is aged about 79 years. Therefore, prayed this court to direct the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Sircilla to expedite the trial in O.S.No.161 of 2022. 4.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Sircilla, to conclude the process of trial as expeditiously as possible, within a period of ten (10) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
