This appeal is filed by the petitioner-third party under Section 75 (2) of the Provincial Insolvency Act, aggrieved by the order, dated 26.04.2002 in I.A.No.81 of 2001 in I.P.No.24 of 2000 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the main I.P.No.24 of 2000 was adjudicated by the trial Court. So, nothing survives for adjudication.
