C.Venkateswarlu, v. The Government Of A.P.,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 22084 of 2005 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents in not absorbing the petitioners in the existing aided vacancies, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, insofar as the 1st petitioner is concerned vide orders dated 28.01.2018 in WPMP No.34846 of 2007. Learned Government Pleader for Education appearing on behalf of the respondents has submitted that in view of the letter dated 13.06.2018 of the Principal of the 3rd respondent college, the 2nd petitioner is not working in the 3rd respondent college. Since the 2nd petitioner is not working in the 3rd respondent college, the question of considering his case for regularization would not arise.
Therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and, accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
