OFFICE NOTE 24.09.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2025 (on being mentioned) This interlocutory application is filed praying this Court to verify and correct the condition (i) of order dated 19.09.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.11382 of 2025 by directing the petitioner to surrender before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Kalwakurthy, instead of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagarkurnool.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition (i) of order dated 19.09.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.11382 of 2025 is modified, directing the petitioner to surrender before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Kalwakurthy, instead of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagarkurnool.

Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is allowed.
