ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to modify the order dated 29.11.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.229 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.908 of 2019 by the learned XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-XVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri.

By order dated 29.11.2019, the appellate Court, while suspending the sentence of imprisonment imposed by the trial Court vide judgment dated 25.11.2019 in C.C.No.193 of 2018 on the file of the III Special Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, imposed a condition that the petitioner/accused shall deposit 20% of fine amount within one month. 3.

While suspending the sentence of imprisonment, the appellate Court imposed the reasonable condition, which cannot be interfered with by this Court. However, the time granted by the appellate Court to comply with the conditional order is extended for a period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid modification, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
