ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents contended that the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed during pendency of the writ petition and they were allotted alternative land.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not dispute the same.

Since the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed during the pendency of the writ petition, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
