THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2341 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case was filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.36572/2014 dated 17.12.2014.

When the matter is taken up today for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 29.12.2015 making payment by implementing the orders of this Court, and the learned counsel for petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the above, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
