HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.3866 OF 2013 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by counsel for the parties that the petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking regularisation of his services with effect from 01.07.2012 and during pendency of the writ petition, the services of the petitioner were regularised with effect from 01.09.2013. In view of the above submissions, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and, accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, if the petitioner feels aggrieved by the said regularisation order, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
