THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24890 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent on 11.06.2018, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation.

On the other hand, Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2, submits that if any such representation is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 2nd respondent to verify the representation, dated 11.06.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
