THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.627 of 2016 ORDER :

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents.

2. In this Writ Petition, petitioner assails proceedings dt.31.10.2015 of the 3rd respondent canceling the petitioner's Fair Price Dealership authorization.

3. Although counsel for the petitioner contends that the findings recorded therein are not correct, since the petitioner has remedy of appeal to the 2nd respondent under Clause 20(2) of the A.P. State Public Distribution (Control) Order, 2008 (for short 'Control Order'), I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

4. Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal under the Control Order before the 2nd respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
