HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12020 of 2015

ORDER

This criminal petition under sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners-A2 to A4 seeking to grant bail in connection with Cr.No.132 of 2015 of Tandoor Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. It is alleged that all the accused formed themselves into racket and are alleged to have committed theft of cattle, skinning cattle and exporting hides of cattle.

4. Since the petitioners were involved in several cases and are native of Haryana State and as rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that if they are released on bail, there is every possibility of their fleeing from justice, this Court is not inclined to grant bail at this stage.
