ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to direct the learned X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, to dispose of C.C.No.2348 of 2019 pending on his file.

During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners/A1 and A2 requested this Court to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid case by fixing the time frame.

3. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.2348 of 2019 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
