Vide order dated 24.12.2024, the CRP was dismissed for non-prosecution due to non appearance of the counsel on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said non appearance was not intentional but due to his presence in some other Court representing some other matter.

In the circumstances stated, the dismissal order dated 24.12.2024 is set aside and the CRP is restored.

C.R.P.No.3105 of 2024 Issue notice to the respondents.

Personal notice is permitted.
