Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

It is informed by the learned Public Prosecutor that the investigation is in mid way and so far seven witnesses were examined and the charge sheet is not yet filed. Having regard to the stage of investigation, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings at this stage. Hence, the investigation shall go on. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioners that the petitioners/Accused Nos. 4 and 5 are sister and brother-in-law of Accused No.1 and they are residing at a far place at Bangalore, the Police of Palavancha Town, Khammam District, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos. 4 and 5 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
