HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.9818 of 2005 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is noticed that the writ petition was dismissed for default against the 2nd respondent as per orders dated 30.12.2010 and the petitioner has not taken any steps to restore the writ petition against the 2nd respondent, and that the petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the award passed by the Labour Court in I.D.No.240 of 2000, dated 17.6.2004 in favour of the 2nd respondent. In the absence of the 2nd respondent, the writ petition cannot be adjudicated. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
