ORDER

The present writ petition was filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue appointment orders to the post of 2nd ANM/MPHA (F) in Palakurthy Mandal, Chittoor District to the petitioner as she is a local candidate.

Learned Government Pleader submits that now the Scheme itself is revised and new guidelines are issued. In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
