This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crl.M.P.No.157 of 2022 in C.C.no.2838 of 2021 dated 07.09.2022 by the learned IV AJCJ-cum-XV AMM, Kukatpally at Prasanthnagar directing the petitioners that they should appear once in every three months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that eversince the date of the order the petitioners are abiding by the condition imposed by the Court below.

Taking into consideration of the submission of the learned counsel for petitioners, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the condition imposed upon the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 3 that they should appear once in every three months, is hereby relaxed and the other conditions shall remain unaltered. However,
