Heard learned counsel for petitioners/ respondents 3 and 4 and learned counsel for 2nd respondent of DVC No.41 of 2010 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Suryapet, Nalgonda District.

It is the submission of both the counsel that all the marriage disputes are settled between the petitioners and 2nd respondent, hence, the Criminal Petition may be allowed quashing the DVC proceedings.

Recording the said statement, the Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings in DVC case as no orders are required.
