Sri Vijay B. Paropkari, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that during pendency of the present petition, petitioner was arrested and even regular bail was granted to him. In such an event, the present petition filed for grant of bail would become infructuous.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition stand closed.
