When Learned counsel for the petitioner confronted with the objection that the Writ Petition is not maintainable as it pertains to service, he seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal.

2. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
