THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32619 of 2011 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking a direction to the first respondent State Government to pass appropriate orders on the revision application filed by the petitioner on 28.08.2008 questioning non-refund of the bid amount of Rs.36,37,320/- said to have been deposited for Lolla Sand Reach, East Godavari District.

This Court while ordering rule nisi on 20.12.2011, passed interim order in WPMP.No.40548 of 2011 directing the first respondent to dispose of the revision application, dated 18.02.2008 in accordance with law expeditiously. On 22.01.2016, during the course of hearing, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the said direction issued by this Court, no orders have been passed on the revision application filed by the petitioner. On previous occasion, when the matter was taken up, learned Government Pleader requests time to ascertain the information pertaining to the said revision. Today, when the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the revision application is still pending consideration before the State Government for want of remarks of the Director

of Mines and Geology.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the revision application, dated 28.08.2008 filed by the petitioner with regard to the subject of refund of bid amount of Rs.36,37,320/- deposited for Lolla Sand Reach, East Godavari District, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order after giving notice and opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
