Sri Tarun G. Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that in the light of the subsequent developments, his clients are not desirous of pursuing this writ petition at this stage. Learned counsel would however seek leave to enable his clients to approach this Court in future, if necessary.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
