HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28595 of 2019 ORDER:

Sri K. Purushotham, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that there are some typographical errors in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and hence seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition seeking appropriate relief.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, granting the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
